About PubliciTweet

PubliciTweet is a small, independent website about one practical problem: getting a piece of news to a group of people on X without spamming anyone. It has a free broadcast planner that turns one announcement into versions for a post, a group chat, a reply thread and a List, and a set of guides on how group chats, Lists, Spaces and X's spam rules work.

Who writes it

Everything here is written and maintained by the PubliciTweet Team. The guides are written for people who run groups on X, such as volunteer projects, small businesses and hobby clubs, and who had to rethink their setup when Communities closed and group DMs moved to XChat.

X changes features often. We check the guides against X's help center and announcements when we update them, and each guide shows its last update date. When something no longer matches what you see in the app, please tell us.

How the site works

There are no accounts, ads, sponsored posts, affiliate links, trackers or cookies. The planner runs in your browser and never sends what you type anywhere. The site is a set of static pages served through Cloudflare.

History of the name

The publicitweet.com domain dates back to the early years of Twitter. The site was relaunched in 2026 under new, independent management and has no connection to the earlier owners of the domain or to any service that ran here before. No accounts or data carried over.

Not affiliated with X

PubliciTweet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and "Twitter" are used only to describe the platform the guides are about.
